What you get, how it works, and what happens after the day.

What does Urthly make?

Personal digital invitations and browser apps for events, venues and communities. Guests open a link or scan a QR code. Nothing needs to be downloaded from an app store.

What does it cost?

Digital invitations start from £79; one-off event apps start from £499. Ongoing venue and community apps are quoted for setup and ongoing service. We confirm your scope, final total and delivery plan before you agree. An enquiry is not an order and no payment is taken on this site.

Can I use the examples?

Yes. Explore all ten designs and try their sample actions. Replies, reservations, votes, estimates and shared expenses are demonstrations, not live events or payments. Sample choices stay on your device. A commissioned version uses your details and the agreed real features.

What do I receive?

Your hosted link, agreed downloadable design/sharing files and QR assets, and a final export of the event data we hold. Downloadables are keepsakes or sharing/print assets, not an offline copy of the working app unless separately agreed.

How long is the link available?

One-off invitations and event apps stay hosted until 30 days after the agreed event date. We provide the final data export to the authorised customer at completion. Keep your files: the interactive link stops when hosting ends, unless an extension is agreed. Ongoing apps have their own service period.

How quickly can you make it?

Send your event date and the design you like. We confirm availability, the first-proof date, revision allowance and launch date before taking an order. Personalised work is not an instant download.

Can it match my event?

Yes. We agree the wording, colours, imagery and features with you. An example is a starting point; additional features or new artwork can change the scope and price.

How do I order?

Choose an example and select Make it yours, or send an enquiry. We reply with the next step and confirm the agreement before payment. A fixed-price checkout will only be offered once its package and delivery terms are available.

What if I change my mind?

Contact hello@urthly.app promptly. Consumer cancellation rights and any separately agreed business terms are described in our terms. We do not assume that a personalised digital service is automatically non-refundable.

Will you use my guest information for advertising?

No. Guest lists and real event responses are not used for our marketing. Optional showcase analytics and advertising measurement are controlled through Cookie preferences and described in our privacy policy.

Do you build ongoing business websites too?

Yes. Urthly Digital is our separate home for business websites and broader app projects. Event and invitation enquiries stay here at Urthly Apps.
